As a resident of Marina Garden Estates in Ladner, I am very surprised the proposed final build-out here received no mention in the article regarding new developments in South Delta. I suggest something was missed.
Nothing impacts Ladner directly more than the proposed development of 737 new homes at approximately four times the current Marina Garden density. Traffic access right to Ladner Trunk Road should be a concern to all Ladner residents, as should parking and access routes.
Five-storey apartments and 16-foot wide town-homes proposed by the developer are issues of tremendous concern to local residents.
