I recently had the privilege of attending the review parade for the 828 Hurricane Air Cadet Squadron. What a joy to see such smartly dressed young people present their many talents to the reviewing officer and the audience.
Much praise and thanks are due to the many volunteers that mentor both male and female cadets in flight training, survival, search and rescue, first aid, band, drill team, leadership and biathlon, to name but a few. I wish these opportunities had existed when I was a youngster.
With future citizens like these, we're in good hands.
