In building the cottage house at the Town Centre Mall, does Sean Hodgins know something those who live here don't know?
He must be pretty sure the Century Group proposal is going to go through Delta council with a yes vote.
Or is this merely more of the same slow drip method? Hodgins is going to keep going with this proposal until he wears us all down.
