Here we go again! A new school year at Beach Grove Elementary and the twice daily meetings of parents with dogs has resumed.
They meet at the "outhouse" and talk while their dogs run around. Very few owners watch their dogs and the crap piles up (under the leaves).
Some older people with dogs now no longer dare to go into the park as they are afraid of being bowled over.
Dog owners: please be more responsible and respectful.
