Now that spring is here. this is note to remind all pedestrians to always push the cross walk yellow flashing lights if available before you cross the street.
As well as always walk on the sidewalk when available and not on the side of the road or in the bike lane. Pedestrians always must be careful. Even though you may have the right of way a car is far bigger and will always win in any encounter.
