We are long-time residents of Beach Grove and, for the record, do not own dogs or horses.
Dog owners in our area are mostly respectful, and clean up after their pets, so I’m not sure why horse owners are able to leave mountains of horse poop on our streets, without needing any clean-up whatsoever.
We like speed bumps in Beach Grove, but not of this variety. Am I missing something?
