I find it difficult to sympathize with people who run Air B&Bs that are not in their principal residence.
There are many people who are desperate to find long-term rentals. They could provide a space for them.
But oh, I guess it isn’t as profitable…Air B&B was originally about providing space in your own home.
I guess the profit motive put paid to that idea.
