The following letter was sent to Delta Mayor and Council and copied to the Optimist
In your efforts to solve the housing crisis please remember that it is important not to destroy what is so wonderful about Delta.
The Village of Ladner is so special, please keep it that way.
Also, please treat our long-time businesses with respect and do not expect them to move in a short timeframe of six months. I particularly refer to Heritage House Interiors although I am sure there are others in the same situation. Don’t have them leave until you really need to start redevelopment.
