While I’m sure affected groups would like to continue to operate from the Little House on 12th Avenue, should that not occur it seems to be a wonderful location for a childcare centre.
Next to a school (and its playground), adjacent to playing fields and having its own small parking lot I’m sure there would be high demand. Unfortunately, as for many other businesses and charitable ventures, finding an operator may be the greatest obstacle.
