I want to give a big shout out to Tsawwassen Collision. I took my vehicle to have the windshield repaired. I had a suction-mounted GPS on it. When I returned, the GPS was there, the power cord was there, but the suction mount was not there.
After a thorough search I went back to the shop and reported it. I was contacted several days later, by Chris saying they would pay to replace the missing part. The day the new part came in I found the old one beside the driver’s seat on the floor.
What was their response? Glad you found it, but we will still pay for the new one because we feel responsible.
Now that is good old fashioned customer service.
