Excited by Town Centre Mall redevelopment plan


A group of us attended the open house last Thursday at the Town Centre Mall and were impressed and excited with the concepts that Century Group presented.

In particular, the library being a core component will ensure activity in the new development and the graphics displaying walkways and buildings suggest it will be a very attractive improvement for the town centre.

This is Century Group’s concept which has not yet been presented to the City of Delta and there will no doubt be continued discussions regarding density, height of buildings, etc., but I believe this to be a very positive proposal and a great improvement to the site as a whole.
