A sincere thank you to the kind, considerate neighbour of Delta Secondary who voluntarily shoveled ice and snow from the 51st Street public sidewalk in front of the school on Saturday, Feb. 18 after he noticed local residents slipping and sliding on a week's dump of snow. Your neighbourly charitable gesture is commendable.
For the future, Delta School District might want to re-evaluate its snow removal and safety policies, or put in a request for help from Delta's generous Snow Angels program.
