I must be missing some-thing. Tsawwassen Springs and Tsawwassen First Nation websites state a total of 490 mixed homes on Shato Holdings land plus 1,600 to 1,800 mixed homes on TFN land.
Would these developments not address the need for more mixed housing in Tsawwassen and Ladner?
