Here's the problem with that: What if someone consumed cannabis more that two hours ago? There are more ways to get cannabis into your system than through your lungs. You can eat it in the form of raw hashish or in the form of an edible, such as a hash brownie or a space cake.

The effects of eating it take up to one to two hours to feel and can last much longer than smoking it, but the effects are less than that of smoking, sometimes up to 12 hours depending on the user's tolerance level.

Cannabinoids also like to bind to fats, meaning exercise can release cannabinoids into the bloodstream. And you've got to take into account if the person is a medical user or not. What if the user has epilepsy and they need to take a dose every hour or so? Maybe the inventor should do some more research on the plant before he continues working on this device.
