I have to write today to commend Campbell Care Plumbing, Heating & Air for the great service they provided me recently.
I live in Tsawwassen and have a renovated rental suite that is occupied. There was an issue with a water leak that I thought we'd rectified but when the problem continued, I became concerned about clogged sewer lines or something worse.
I called Campbell Plumbing and Scott and Duncan Campbell came to call. They spent one call assessing the situation and trying to troubleshoot what to do. When they didn't rectify the problem, they promised to come back and get it sorted out.
They did so using instruments that helped them find the exact issue and fixed the problem. I was prepared for the worst-case scenario and they proved that wasn't the case. On top of putting my mind at ease and clearing the clog, they charged me for one dispatch fee only.
I have my own business in Vancouver and know the importance of good customer service. I also know how little I receive good customer service these days. So, I wanted to make sure to sing the praises of these two men and say this is one reason I am a happy Delta resident.
That "home town feel" of knowing your neighbour, finding what you need locally and getting good service with a smile and for a good price is often alive and well right here at home.
