Politicians are behind the 'correctness' nonsense

Although I don't disagree with any of E.W. Bopp's comments, I hope by saying the cause is "self-proclaimed so-called 'progressive' middle-class, higher-purpose white folks" he means the politicians of this country, then he is right on the money.

No pun intended.

I might add that ever since this political correctness bovine scatology started I have never met a new or old immigrant who is or was offended by Canadians celebrating Christmas.

As a matter of fact none of my six-pack trailer park friends have ever stated that they have heard new Canadians complaining about the Christmas season with all its implications.

Oh sure, if you look hard enough you might find a few, but not the masses of new Canadians the politicians seem to think they personally know.

Christmas, like all holidays, is celebrated in different ways by most Canadians, new or otherwise.

The sooner the government and most politicians stop picking fly poop out of pepper over this socalled issue, the better off us Canadians will be. And that's all Canadians, no matter where you came from.
