I was somewhat confused by recent comments from Port of Vancouver authorities, referring to the plan for massive shipments of coal from Fraser Surrey Docks, that they had no control over what commodity was being shipped from their sites.
When you announce plans to build specific facilities with the sole purpose of handling a specific product, you are showing absolute control over the issue; no facility = no shipment.
To try and adopt an "innocent bystander" posture is absolutely ludicrous. Nick Mayar
