I would like to thank the people of Delta for the support they have been showing for Friends of Delta Hospital. The petitions that you sign and the memberships and buttons that you purchase all help with our community initiative to restore four surgical beds and 24-hour emergency surgical services to Delta Hospital.
Thank you to the proprietors of Budget Foods, Thrifty Foods and the Town Centre Mall for their excellent cooperation in setting up our membership and petition tables outside their stores this past Saturday. For those of you who have not yet had the opportunity to sign our petition, please look for us this Saturday at Petra's in Tsawwassen, Superior Fish Market in Ladner and Ladner Centre Mall. We look forward to your help.
