Is it fair two seniors living in their own home in Delta should be paying the same utility fees as a family of five?
Is it fair two seniors who put out one can of garbage a week pay the same fee as a family of five that puts out two or three cans a week?
Is it fair two seniors who shower three to five times a week pay the same fee as a family of five that showers at least 35 times a week?
Is it fair two seniors who wash clothes two times a week pay the same fee as a family of five that washes clothes at least six times a week?
If you agree this isn't fair, write, phone or e-mail council members to let them know how you feel.
It is time Delta gave its seniors a break on their utility fees.
