Tsawwassen Foodie: Asian Turkey Meatballs with Steamed Broccoli

This healthy meal choice is quick and easy, which always a good weeknight option–especially on hump day. Use ground turkey, low sodium soy sauce, sesame seeds, grated fresh ginger, minced garlic and chopped green onion.

This healthy meal choice is quick and easy, which always a good weeknight option–especially on hump day.

Use ground turkey, low sodium soy sauce, sesame seeds, grated fresh ginger, minced garlic and chopped green onion.

Mix all together, roll into little balls and bake at 375 F for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve with a side of steamed broccoli. You can also do steamed cauliflower, asparagus or roasted Brussels sprouts.

Top with some more sesame seeds and green onions. Viola. Bon appetit!
