After all the politicking, after all the loud complaining about the government's sneakiness and "propaganda," after all the hard work of one of our better premiers, after all the screaming of no-matter-where-they-go-tax-haters with their "expert" calculations, the bottom-line question remains:

Will B.C. voters give in to the latters' rhetoric and shoot themselves in the foot (or chop off their noses to spite their faces) or will they see through it and realize, that not only are we the only province but the only developed country in the world with separate sales taxes, that the HST is good for our economy, consequently for everybody and choose "no" to the return of seven plus five and the extra costs from our own pockets? Going through the list of new taxed items, aren't the few extra dollars on restaurant bills the most hurtful?
