B.C. property with two tiny homes listed below $300,000

There seems to be no catch aside from the fact that it's not near the city

If you're wondering what kind of property you can buy for less than $300,000 near the Lower Mainland, the answer is two tiny homes on a .23-acre lot, priced at $279,000.

Two and a half hours from Vancouver, an hour from Hope and minutes from E.C. Manning Prvonical Park, the small lot has two structures on it. One is a built-out tiny home that sleeps four and the other is framed and ready to be completed.

Listing agent Cole Westersund tells Vancouver Is Awesome that, in theory, you could turn the unfinished one into additional living space. Or you could turn it into a sauna.

Westersund also says that the reason it's selling is because the current owners "just don’t get out there enough," and that they "need to move on."

The tiny home was built in 2010 and is 320 sq ft, has a kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor shower. It comes fully furnished.

The zoning is RS2, the taxes on the property for 2022 were $572.15, and you can learn more about the listing on Landquest.com.
