A public information meeting will take place next month on a proposal to build a 40-unit condo complex on Hunter Road in Tsawwassen.
A developer wants to consolidate several single-family parcels to construct a four-storey building with two levels of underground parking.
A proposal a couple of years ago asked for 52 units.
The building would be 52 feet in height and the complex would have 70 resident parking spaces with eight visitor spots.
The application is still in the public consultation phase.
The public information meeting will be an open house format, taking place Wednesday, June 5 at the South Delta Recreation Centre from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
