The Delta Fishing Heritage Society is extending an invitation to Delta's fishing community, friends and all supporters of fishing heritage to enjoy a great meal and some musical entertainment next weekend.
The society will host its annual salmon dinner and concert on Saturday, Feb. 25 at the Ladner Fishermen's Hall, 4481 Savoy St. at 6 p.m.
The event will also include a silent auction, 50/50 draw and a cash bar. Music will be provided by The Karmichaels, a local Irish Celtic band.

Formed in 2014, the society's mission statement is to preserve and display the unique history of the fishing industry
