Here’s a throwback showing one of Ladner’s first public elementary schools. The above photos from 1897 show the school building with teachers and students standing at the front entrance of the schoolhouse.

Here’s a throwback showing one of Ladner’s first public elementary schools.

The above photos from 1897 show the school building with teachers and students standing at the front entrance of the schoolhouse. The school was built in the late 1800s on Westham Street at the present location of 4840 48th Ave. In 1901, the schoolhouse was sold to Bereford Eyton who converted the building into a duplex in 1905.
