Parishioners at Sacred Heart Parish were given the opportunity to take part in a drive-thru, or walk-thru, blessing at the Ladner church over the Easter weekend. The Blessed Sacrament was set up in the parking lot in front of the church on Arthur Drive and members of the congregation could either say the provided Spiritual Communion Prayer or prayers of their own while practicing safe social distancing. Like all local churches, Sacred Heart has cancelled all services during the COVID-19 pandemic, but continues to livestream its masses.
