The FVRL has a number of programs available this month at the Ladner Pioneer Library.

Whether you like to colour between the lines or through them, the Delta Libraries offer some free programs that may tempt you.

Join fellow artists and crafters for Creative Collaborations on Sunday, April 16, from 2 to 3:15 p.m. at the Ladner Pioneer Library to learn new techniques and ways of making in paper craft. All experience levels are welcome. This session is for ages 18-plus. Registration required.

The Ladner Pioneer Library challenges everyone to participate in Bad Art Day on Saturday, April 22, from 3 to 4 p.m. Leave your perfectionism at home and channel creativity in all its messiness! Produce something dreadful for a chance to win a prize. We’ll provide the wacky art material.

Are you a teen looking for a place to be creative? The Ladner Pioneer Library is a safe place to work alone or with others. Some art supplies (and board games) are provided for use at the library. Register for Teen Create Zone on Thursday, April 27, from 3:15 to 4 p.m.

Get Crafty at the Tsawwassen Library. Drop in on Monday and Friday between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. for some family fun arts and crafts. Based on S.T.E.A.M. concepts this educational program offers a different craft each week that you’ll be able to take home with you. For ages five-plus.

Check out FVRL’s Events Page for more programs offered at your local library, online or at another FVRL site.
