Property owners within the South Fraser region will now be served by a new B.C. Assessment office location.
In order to better serve property owners in Surrey, White Rock, Richmond and Delta as well as the Tsawwassen First Nation, a new one-stop, consolidated South Fraser B.C.
Assessment office location will be opened effective Aug. 20.
"Our goal is to provide South Fraser property owners with efficient customer service for all their property assessment needs within a one-stop location," said area assessor Laura Schwagele. "Customer standards will be maintained at current levels as there will be no reduction in service as a result of the office consolidation."
The new consolidated South Fraser Office contact information is as follows:

B.C. Assessment will be focused on ensuring minimal impact on customer service during the office consolidation. The two current office locations in Surrey and Richmond will be open for business until Thursday, Aug. 16 and closed for moving on Friday, Aug. 17. The new consolidated office location will be open for business on Monday, Aug. 20.
B.C. Assessment operates as an independent, provincial Crown corporation with the mandate to establish market value and maintain uniform real property assessments throughout British Columbia in accordance with the Assessment Act.
