South Delta Sun Devils take their high-octane passing attack to North Delta on Saturday for a Southern Conference clash with the Seaquam Seahawks.

The province's third ranked "AA" high school football team team has opened the season with four straight victories, including a 49-6 home field romp of the Hugh Boyd Trojans last Saturday to improve to 2-0 in conference play.

Senior quarterback Kyle Menzies threw for four touchdowns and now has 16 on the season. His favourite target was John Longuay who hauled in three of them for a total of 88 yards.

The Sun Devils took control soon after the opening kickoff as Menzies connected with Longuay on 35 and 30 yard touchdown strikes. Shane Dagg found the end zone on a 33-yard run in the second quarter and Longuay added to his productive day with a 20-yard touchdown reception.

Menzies found Jeremy Carmichael from 25-yards out on a fourth down gamble. A pair of touchdown runs by Austin Pearson of nine and four yards rounded out the scoring.

South Delta's defence created six turnovers, including three interceptions.
