The Ladner Pioneers will begin their quest for next month’s President’s Cup national championships in Montreal with a dinner hour date with the Victoria Wolves on Tuesday.
The Pioneers and Wolves will begin their West Coast Senior Lacrosse Association best-of-five semi-final series with a 5:30 p.m. tilt at the Ladner Leisure Centre. The series shits to the provincial capital on Wednesday and game three is back in Ladner Saturday (5:30 p.m.).
Victoria earned the opportunity to take on the WCSLA regular season champs by sweeping its quarter-quarter-final series with the Langley Warriors. Ladner earned an opening round bye.
The other league semi-final match will see second place Coquitlam taking on third place Nanaimo.
