The Delta Hospital and Community Foundation is recognizing the authors of Everyday Vancouver Kari Karlsbjerg and Elaine Chu, for donating $1,250, a portion of their book sales, to the Foundation.

Ladner’s All Saints Anglican Church is resuming its free community meal, but it’s going to look a little different. The church at the corner of Arthur Drive and Ladner Trunk Road has provided a free hot meal once a month for the last few years.

Ladner Christian Reformed Church welcomed Rev. Jason Truell as its lead pastor to start this year.

The Great Canadian Giving Challenge is happening all June. This means, every dollar you donate to Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation this month through their CanadaHelps page qualifies the Foundation for a chance to win $20,000.

The Delta Community Living Society will be partnering with researchers from the University of British Columbia this summer in an innovative project to improve employment outcomes for older teenagers with developmental disabilities or autism.
