Let’s head back to September 1969 when many entries were part of a wind-up event by the Delta Riding Club.
The large number of entries and excellent horse riding marked the club’s final event of that season, held at the George Reid farm.
A wide variety of classes were on display as well as open events.
The riding club this year celebrates its 75th year.
