South Delta commuters heading into Vancouver, Richmond or even northbound on River Road need to look for alternate routes at this hour.
A rolled over truck initially blocked two lanes of northbound traffic on Highway 17A on the Highway 99 overpass. As clean-up continues, all northbound lanes are currently blocked with traffic being re-routed to Highway 99 southbound. Two tow trucks are currently on the scene.
Alternate routes to Highway 99 northbound include Highway 17 from Tsawwassen and Ladner Trunk Road to Highway 99.
