It is truly a shame to see all that fertile farmland lost to housing, stores and industry.

Editor: The postal code of one's home can decide the cost of earthquake insurance and the limitations of coverage.

Did you hear the rumour about the six-storey building down at the Ladner waterfront? Or the tower proposed for Paterson Park? No? Well those are fictitious.

Editor: As we wrap up our 10th annual Operation Red Nose campaign serving the communities of Delta and Richmond, we would like to share some of the statistics collected in this decade of service.

It's not a bad plan. It's three or four years late, but, as I said, it's not bad.

Editor: Re: More South Deltans voted, but council's base is in the north, Community Comment, Jan. 4 The Community Comment by Steve Graham should have opened our eyes as to how we in Tsawwassen are being governed.

Editor: When are the teachers and their union bosses going get it through their heads there is no more money for wages? If they figure they are different than the other unions that had their wages frozen, then they are sadly mistaken.
