Editor: Recently I read a post on a website of a council candidate that suggested, "The Southlands proposal would mean the loss of agricultural land in Tsawwassen and potentially losing its community identity.

Isn't it nice when everyone's right? That seems to be the case when it comes to the legal opinion Delta received regarding the public statements civic politicians and candidates are able to make about development prospects for the Southlands.
