Animals certainly enjoy Delta's Green Can program
Editor: It would seem that Delta's new program to put unwrapped, messy, stinky kitchen waste directly into garbage cans has managed to accomplish two things: drive up garbage collection costs and attract rats, raccoons - and politicians.
