It looks like the developer is going to have to make some significant revisions to plans for the final phase of Marina Garden Estates before civic politicians are going to bite.

It would obviously be impolite to turn down the gift of cold, hard cash, but sometimes I have to shake my head at the mysterious ways in which government works.

Editor: I urge Delta council to reconsider the expenditure of $48,000 of our tax dollars to install a fence on 12th Avenue west of 56th Street. I question the wisdom and motive of this project.
